Renting Out Your Week

If you’d like to rent out your timeshare week, simply send your request through to us at info@millstreamfarm.co.za and we will add it to our rental pool.
Levies and Fees

Levies cover the costs of maintenance, administration, and general upkeep of Millstream Farm.

2026 Levies: R12 440 per week owned.

Conservation Fee: R275 from 1 January 2026. Your contribution supports trout stocking, clean water, wildlife care, habitat restoration, and invasive plant clearing. Want to see how this helps Millstream? Click here to view our conservation story.
Important Notes:

Levies must be paid for any weeks banked with RCI.

Payments can be made via direct deposit or credit card (Visa and Mastercard only).

For direct deposits, please email proof of payment to info@millstreamfarm.co.za.

For Pro-forma invoices, contact the resort directly.
Change in Check-In/Check-Out Days

Starting 31 January, all check-ins and check-outs will move to Friday to Friday. The last Wednesday check-out will be on 29 January.
